MEAT PRODUCT MACHINE OPERATOR
Main responsibilities:
- Adjusts the meat cutting machines in the enterprise and prepares the raw materials for the next technological operations.
- Stretches, doses the individual types of meat raw materials
- Grinds the prepared meat and is responsible for its proper storage.
- Serves the steam chambers – charges, monitors the implementation of the set program of the chambers according to the technological instructions.
- Monitors compliance with the technological requirements for the product’s appearance and quality.
- Complete different types of sausages, according to the tasks for the finished product.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing experience will be considered an advantage
- Work on 3 shift mode
